A more fitting name for Washington’s team

I am not in favor of changing the Washington NFL team’s name for political correctness or any other reason. The nickname has been attached to the football team for decades, and now it is an “insult, a slur” according to Bob Costas of NBC Sports.

Dan Snyder, owner of the team, stated that the nickname is a badge of honor. I totally agree but does it really fit in Washington, D.C.? So if it must be changed. I suggest it be changed to the Washington Worms. Extremely fitting and politically correct.
