Cos Bar hosts exclusive makeup, skincare events
HIGHLAND PARK, IL (NOVEMBER-DECEMBER 2013) - Cos Bar (662 Central Ave. Highland Park) has an exciting line-up of makeup and skincare events to get your skin prepared for the harsh winter ahead! High-end lines such as Natura Bisse, ReVive, Ramon Monegal, Claudio Riaz, Yves Saint Laurent, Clinique, La Bella Donna, BioBliss, Amore Pacific, Laura Mercier, and By Terry are sending their most experienced representatives and makeup artists to Cos Bar for special in-house consultations, demonstrations and new products, just in time to test out a new look for the holidays and get your skin feeling and looking its best. Now is the time to try that smoky eye, treat yourself to a new skincare regime, and purchase that holiday lipstick you've been eyeing!
Appointments are necessary and can be made by calling Cos Bar ahead of time at 847-432-6249. Upcoming events throughout November and December follow:
• Thursday, November 14th – Celebrity makeup artist Claudio Riaz will be in store offering makeup tips. Claudio celebrity clients include Cher, Jennifer Aniston, and more.
• Saturday, November 16th – Daughter of perfumer Ramon Monegal, Laura Monegal, will be appearing in store from Spain spritzing their enchanting scents from 12-6pm. A representative from Yves Saint Laurent will also be on hand demonstrating make up applications from 12-6pm.
• Sunday, November 17th – An exclusive national representative from French line By Terry will be in store from 12-5pm providing demonstrations.
• Thursday, November 21st – Relaxing facials from amazing skincare line ReVive from 11am-5pm and a global artist from Laura Mercier from 11am-6pm.
• Saturday, November 23rd – An Yves Saint Laurent representative will be demonstrating makeup techniques from 12-6pm.
• Saturday, November 30th – An Yves Saint Laurent representative will be demonstrating makeup techniques from 12-6pm.
• Wednesday, December 4th – 30-minute mask treatments from BioBliss from 12-5pm, demonstrating wonderful new technology that uses a patch with an electric microcurrent and treatment built into it. Makeup applications, techniques and skincare treatments will be done afterwards as well.
• Saturday, December 14th – An Yves Saint Laurent representative will be demonstrating makeup techniques from 12-6pm.
• Sunday, December 15th – An exclusive national representative from French line By Terry will be in store from 12-5pm providing demonstrations.
• Thursday, December 19th – Amore Pacific soothing botanical facials from 11am-7pm.
