Halloran began his career in real estate as an apartment leasing agent while majoring in French language and literature at Northeastern Illinois University. He then went on to receive his broker license and obtain his SFR designation. Halloran's persistence and creativity have made him extremely successful when working with short-sale properties. He also was recently awarded Chicago Agent Magazine's "Rookie of the Year".
