Foster meeting a waste of time

A friend of mine and I recently attended a Bill Foster meeting at Independence Village.

If the meeting lasted 30 minutes, congressman Foster used 25 of it giving us his successful business background and telling of the company he and his brother founded that is now located in Wisconsin.

I am sure there must have been a reason for locating it there. I am not sure of the labor costs or if they actually have union help. That was not discussed.

He did pass his voting card with a chip in it so it would identify his yea, nay, or present votes.

“Present” is the one that our president used 137 times.

Passing that card to show us how he used it to vote reminded me that I still have my Captain Midnight secret decoder ring at home somewhere and should I ever have to conduct a meeting I will have to search for it.

All in all, it was a waste of time.
