Antioch man charged with sexual assault

An 18-year-old Antioch man faces charges he sexually molested a young girl.
A Cook County judge set bail at $100,000 for Sean P. Hayes. Prosecutors say the abuse happened in Elk Grove Village in July 2012, when Hayes was 17. He was arrested Wednesday.
Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney Katherine Levine said Hayes asked the girl if she wanted to do what parents do. Levine said the girl said no but that Hayes told her she would be in trouble if she didn’t comply.
Hayes next appears in court on Nov. 22.
