Piano rock band to headline fundraising concert in Palatine Nov. 2

The Breault family of Palatine will host a fundraiser in the memory of John G. Breault, husband, father and papa, who died in 2010. The piano rock band, The Modern Electric, will perform from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, at Durty Nellie’s, 180 N. Smith St. in Palatine.

The entrance fee of $20 includes the concert and a donation toward the John G. Breault Fremd High School Memorial Scholarship fund.

The memorial scholarship honors Breault, who spent 35 years at William Fremd High School as a dedicated teacher and devoted guidance counselor. The Breault family is hopeful that the scholarship, in its third year, will carry on Breault’s passion for giving to others, by offering assistance to a Fremd High School student to reach his or her next level of education.

The Breault family welcomes all to join in this special concert.
