Coldwell Banker's Lombard office welcomes new Realtor

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently announced that Realtor Mary Ann Graziano is now associated with their Lombard office.

Graziano is an experienced agent and specializes in serving the west suburbs. As a forty year resident of the area, she understands the needs of her community and offers clients firsthand insight of the surrounding neighborhoods.

Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Graziano taught business education at Elmhurst College. Her extensive business and financial background made for a seamless transition into real estate. Graziano maximizes her client's success through technology by combining her prior experience with the knowledge she's received through her eCertified® designation.

“Mary Ann is dedicated to giving clients what they really want and need in a home,” says Peggy Kozak, Manager of the Lombard office. “Whether its location, good schools, or just a new dream she can find it for them!”

Graziano can be reached at (630) 607-4665 or m.graz@cbexchange.com. Find out more about her by visiting coldwellbankeronline.com/maryanngraziano.
