Affordable Care Act information sessions

Grayslake Public Library submission

The Grayslake Area Public Library is partnering with the Lake County Health Department to provide information about Enroll Lake County! and enrollment opportunities for Grayslake-area residents.

Enroll Lake County! is a local initiative to help Lake County residents understand and apply for new health insurance options available through the Affordable Care Act.

Two sessions will be held at the library, 100 Library Lane, Grayslake:

Ÿ Session I — Information & Overview, Tuesday, Nov. 5, from 7 to 8 p.m. Representatives from the Lake County Health Department will present an overview and answer questions about coverage options, what the provisions are, who qualifies, and what is required for enrollment.

Ÿ Session II — Enrollment for Individuals, Saturday, Nov. 9, from 1 to 5 p.m. Lake County Health Department counselors will be on hand to assist individuals and families with enrollment.

Both sessions are free and open to the public. No registration is required.
