Women’s health seminar

Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital hosts a community seminar entitled “Steppin’ Out for Women’s Health” on Thursday, Nov. 7, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. This free, community education event includes dinner and cocktails with speakers on important women’s health topics, including heart health, diet, cancer prevention and screenings, hormones, exercise and more. The seminar will be held in the Health Education Center at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital at 660 N. Westmoreland Road in Lake Forest. Space is limited.
