Scouting the Fire: Time is running out on the Fire’s chances to earn a playoff berth, with just two matches left after this one. The Fire (12-12-7, 43 points) will be without midfielders Arevalo Rios and Joel Lindpere due to international duty. Alex looks likely to start in Rios’ place. The Fire is 3-8-4 in road games this year.
Scouting FC Dallas: FC Dallas (10-10-11, 41 points) is all but eliminated from the postseason. The Hoops will be without leading scorer Blas Perez (international duty) but are 8-2-5 at home this season.
