Friends of the Fremont Library will host a used book sale from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct 12, and from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, at the library, 1170 N. Midlothian Road, Mundelein. The sale includes books of all genres, including fiction, nonfiction, crafts, cookbooks, vintage, art, coffee table books, books on CD, and hundreds of music CDs. Enjoy model trains with a Halloween Theme from the North Central O Gaugers Model Railroad Club. Call (847) 918-3247.
