Congregation Beth Judea Sisterhood to host book discussion on October 23

On Wednesday, October 23, 2013, at 8pm, the Sisterhood of Congregation Beth Judea will welcome author Maggie Anton for a discussion of her books "Rav Hisda's Daughter: Book 1-Apprentice, Love, Talmud and Sorcery in Third Century Babylonia" and "Rashi's Daughter". This discussion is open to members for $5 and non-members for $10.

Reservations are being accepted until Sunday, October 13. Checks for this event should be made out to Torah Fund and sent to Edna Schrank, 1929 Fieldwood Drive, Northbrook, Illinois 60062. Questions can be directed to Edna Schrank at eschrank@comcast.net or 847-564-2231.
