American English to perform in Lake Barrington

Beatles tribute band American English will perform Oct. 25, during the Lake Zurich Rotary Halloween Bash at the Lake Barrington Field House, 28156 W. NorthPointe Parkway, Lake Barrington. Cost is $20, with proceeds benefiting Rotary scholarships for Lake Zurich High School students, the Lake Zurich Food Pantry and Special Olympics. The Club will also contribute to Rotary International’s effort to end polio worldwide. Festivities include raffles, silent auction and a costume contest. Top prize in the contest is $500. Food, soft drinks, beer and wine will be available. Tickets are available in Lake Zurich at Casper True Value Hardware, Holiday Inn Express, First American Bank or online at lakezurichrotaryamericanenglish.eventbrite.com. You may also purchase tickets by calling Nancy Shepherdson at (847) 550-9156 or sending a request to lzrotary@gmail.com. On request, Rotary members will deliver tickets to you.
