Hispanic Heritage Fest in Hoffman Estates Oct. 12

The village of Hoffman Estates Cultural Awareness Commission is proud to celebrate the community’s diverse culture by sponsoring a Hispanic Heritage Fiesta. This year’s event will be from 2-4:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 12, at the village hall, 1900 Hassell Road.

Enjoy an afternoon of the sights, sounds and tastes of Hispanic culture. Activities include Latin dance representing several countries, food, light refreshments and the ever-popular pinata.

Featured guest speaker Ramiro Atristain will share his lifelong experiences on how we can help mentor our youths through challenging times.
