Downtown Elgin Harvest Market set to end

Submitted by DNA of Elgin

The Downtown Neighborhood Association ends its harvest of vendors and local products at the Downtown Elgin Harvest Market — Presented by Alexian Brothers Health System — from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, at 200 N. Grove Ave.

Stock up for this winter with locally grown and produced fresh vegetables, breads, meat, cheese, eggs, spices, honey, herbs, pickled products, soaps, knife sharpening, and concessions offered by more than 18 area vendors.

Also, be sure to use up your Harvest market tokens that you may have left over from using your Link, debit, and credit card purchases. (Made possible by the Making Kane County Fit for Kids Consortium).
