BBQ to benefit Hooves to Heal

The second annual Hooves to Heal's “Blues, Brews & BBQ” will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, at Cruisin', 11 Galligan Road at Route 72 in Gilberts.

Tickets are $35 for adult, $10 for kids, $60 per couple, or $100 for a party of four.

The ticket price includes dinner, two brews, and live entertainment. Your ticket price and donations are tax deductible.

Tickets are available online at eventbrite.com and search for “Hooves to Heal” or RSVP on the “Hooves to Heal” Facebook page.

There will be live music by HiFi Superstar. Other highlights include dinner, bull riding, auctions, contests and prizes.

All proceeds will benefit the Hooves to Heal, a nonprofit organization in Marengo dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and adults who are mentally and physically challenged through equine therapy.
