Once again, Obama late on his decision

President Obama again is late on decision making, as with Benghazi, with his church in Chicago and when he was an Illinois senator. Now he can blame Syria on Congress. We need a leader not a talker. I don’t want the U.S. to attack, but also don’t want innocent people dying.
