Elmhurst woman facing drug charges

A recent search warrant at the home of an Elmhurst woman led to her arrest on a variety of charges, according to Elmhurst police officials.

Angela K. Keene, 45, of the 300 block of St. Charles Road, was charged with delivery of cannabis within 1,000 feet of school grounds, unlawful delivery of cannabis, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Members of the Elmhurst and Villa Park police departments found 66.9 grams of cannabis, as well as the prescription drugs Adderall and Valium, police said.

Keene was previously arrested in 2010 for selling cannabis from her residence, police said, and 377 grams were recovered then.
