Visit the free, car seat safety check on Saturday, September 21, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Arlington Heights Police Department, 33 S. Arlington Heights Road.

The checklist below provides important reminders regarding car seats for children.

Rear-facing seat until age 2

Forward-facing seat to the maximum height and weight limits

Booster seat until the seat belt fits across shoulders and hips Seat belt forever after
