Lindenhurst consider Grand Avenue streetscape plan

Lindenhurst officials recently reviewed a streetscape plan that includes lighting, landscaping and other elements on Grand Avenue between Sand Lake Road and Lindenhurst Drive. The plan may coincide with future state plans to widen and make other improvements on Grand from Munn Road to Sand Lake Road. The streetscape plan is intended to establish a Village Center and enhance the corridor for residents and visitors as well as potential developers and retailers.
