Job Center open house
The Lake County Workforce Investment Board is hosting an open house from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29 at the Lake County Job Center, 1 N. Genesee St., Waukegan. The event will include a tour of the Job Center facilities, opportunities to network, and information on how their programs and services help prepare a high-quality workforce for Lake County employers. Free parking will be at the city lot on the southwest corner of Washington Street and Sheridan Road. Enter at the south end of the lot off Water Street.
