Integrys in Chicago declares 68 cent quarterly dividend

The board of directors of Integrys Energy Group in Chicago has declared a quarterly dividend of 68 cents per share on common stock, payable on Sept. 20 to shareholders of record Aug. 30.

Integrys Energy Group has paid a dividend to its shareholders for 73 consecutive years.
