Palatine banquet hall to reopen under new ownership

Brandi’s Banquets, located at 1170 E. Dundee Road in Palatine, recently closed but will reopen soon as Rosa Bella Banquets.

The Palatine village council on Monday approved transferring a special use permit that allows the continued operation of the banquet facility. The floor plan will stay the same with seating for up to 300 guests. Palatine officials said a six-month review will be conducted to ensure the business is operating within the parameters of its operations plan.

The new owner, Juan Carlos Perez, also has to meet with the Palatine Police Department to make sure they’re on the same page regarding security issues, Deputy Village Manager Mike Jacobs said.
