Drug bust outside Waukegan library

A Gurnee teenager was arrested Monday and accused of trying to sell the drug ecstasy outside the Waukegan Public Library on County Street. Alexandra Banderowicz, 18, of the 36000 block of Old Woods Trail, is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Banderowicz is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 22.
