Retired teachers luncheon:

The Lake County Retired Teachers Association will meet at noon on Tuesday, Aug. 13, at Lambs Farm restaurant, Route 176 and the Tri-State Tollway, near Libertyville. The cost is $16 per person for the buffet luncheon and meeting. The guest speaker will be Ty Rohrer from the Waukegan Historical Society, who will talk about Ray Bradbury and Waukegan’s influence on a visionary writer. All retired educators are welcome to attend and no reservations are necessary.
