Kids 1st Health Fair:

The Lake County Health Department/Community Health Center, Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and United Way of Lake County host the Kids 1st Health Fair, to provide a variety of free services, from immunizations to dental screenings at considerable savings to families who meet specific income guidelines. The event is 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7, at Miguel Juarez Middle School, 201 N. Butrick St., Waukegan. To receive services at the fair, families must have: the immunization record for each child receiving services and an All Kids Insurance Card or Public AID, which serves as proof of income and residency. Those without those items must have proof of Lake County residency, last two pay stubs if employed or last two unemployment stubs if not.
