Hanover Park to host free community health fair

The village of Hanover Park will host a free Community Health Fair from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, at Fire Station No. 1, 6850 Barrington Road, Hanover Park. Participating organizations include the Hanover Park Lions club, which will have its mobile hearing unit, Hanover Township, Hanover Park Park District, DuPage County Office of Homeland Security and Sherman Hospital. The village also will have a car seat installation and inspection station. Attendees are encouraged to bring a nonperishable item for the Hanover Township Food Pantry.
