Special Olympics fundraiser Sunday in Long Grove

A Cigars & Cars fundraiser for the Illinois Special Olympics will be held from 12 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 28, in Long Grove sponsored by Buffalo Grove and Kildeer police departments and Neumann’s Cigars. “Last year was our first year and we had a nice show,” Buffalo Grove Police Deputy Chief Steve Husak said in an email. “This is a unique event for car lovers, cigar smokers, or anyone who supports the Illinois Special Olympics.
