New restaurant planned:

The Libertyville village board on Tuesday increased the number of Class D liquor licenses from three to four after an application that could bring a new venture to the shuttered Burger King restaurant at 1240 N. Milwaukee Ave., near Winchester Road. Chunli Wang and ShaoKun Mao of NorthShore Mongolian BBQ restaurant plan to open at that location, according to the village. The license would allow for the sale of beer and wine and is subject to a review of license requirements.
