Buffalo Grove orthodontist giving mouth guards to kids

Dr. Yan Razdolsky, an orthodontist who runs Forever Smiles in Buffalo Grove, is providing free, custom-fitted mouth guards this summer to local athletes ages seven to 13.

Razdolsky said taking a hit to the face from an elbow or ball can cause lacerations, tooth damage and even jaw fractures, and that mouth guards can help prevent those injuries.
