Definition of marriage now is wide open

Courts, get ready. Polygamists everywhere are doing a victory dance the day after the Supreme Court struck down the Defense of Marriage Act. The legal door has been opened wide for many new definitions of marriage. After all, the state has no right to limit “the moral and sexual choices the Constitution protects ...” A group of consenting adults should be able to form a marriage and a family in any way it deems appropriate. Why should people who love each other in committed, familial relationships be denied any benefit of the state?

You say that could never happen? That marriage will always be legally limited to two people? Why? On what basis? It will only take a few judges to tip the scale toward the unconstitutionality of such a limit. Finally, a day of liberty and justice for all.
