Disappointed in lack of Flag Day coverage
I am very disappointed that your newspaper had absolutely nothing referring to Flag Day on June 14.
Perhaps the public would appreciate the reminder of some of the symbolic facets of this great nation and why they are important and why.
This history is not being taught in our schools. The respect our nation deserves is vanishing with our nation’s veteran heroes.
Thank you for including references to the patriotism that makes our nation great throughout the year.
