Learn about Waukegan corridor strategy at CMAP meeting

The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning will host a public workshop regarding planning for the Washington Street commercial corridor in Waukegan from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 20 at Toluca’s Restaurant, 1419 Washington St., Waukegan.

CMAP has been working with city officials to help develop a plan for Washington Street’s commercial corridor from Glen Rock Avenue to McAree Road. The workshop is designed to get public input and promote discussion of the strategy to revitalize the corridor.
