Southbound Wisconsin I-94 reopens after pedestrian struck

KENOSHA, Wis. — Interstate 94 southbound has reopened in Kenosha County after a pedestrian was struck earlier.

The pedestrian was hit near Highway 142 about 3 a.m. Friday in an area under construction. Officials provided no further details.
