Paving scheduled at routes 21/137:

Weather permitting, concrete paving is scheduled to begin Friday at 7 a.m. at the intersection of routes 21 and 137 in Libertyville. Work will begin on the southbound inside lane of Route 21, south of Route 137, and move to the eastbound inside lane of Route 137, east and west of Route 21. Traffic delays are expected when the paving equipment is moved through the intersection. Traffic on Adler Drive, Finstad Drive, and all commercial driveways on the west side of Route 21, south of Route 137, and on the south side of Route 137, east and west of Route 21, also will be affected when concrete is poured at that location. Flaggers will be posted to direct the traffic during the paving operation.
