ATI Physical Therapy Opens Second Algonquin, Illinois Location

Algonquin, IL – ATI Physical Therapy continues its expansion into the Fox River Valley with the opening of a new clinic in the Woods Creek Commons Shopping Center at 770 S. Randall Road in Algonquin. Nationally recognized for outstanding care, ATI provides physical therapy and sports medicine services in a friendly and motivating environment.

“At ATI, our goal is to ensure our patients feel better and enjoy their time with us,” said Jason Hafner, Senior Vice President, ATI Physical Therapy. “We want to be the physical therapy provider they remember forever and look forward to coming back to.”

Joseph Caricato, of St. Charles, PT, DPT, will serve as the clinic director at the Algonquin S. Randall Road clinic. A graduate of St. Charles East High School, Caricato attended Augustana College and received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis. Caricato has firsthand knowledge of what it's like to be a patient. A high school and college basketball player, it was an ACL injury at the beginning of Caricato's junior year in college that piqued his interest in sports rehabilitation. Following rehabilitation, he was able to return to playing basketball his senior year. Additionally, he specializes in shoulder rehab and has an interest in kinesiology and human movement science.

ATI Physical Therapy now has two clinics in Algonquin, over 85 sites in Illinois, and more than 200 locations nationwide.

“As we have grown, we've benefitted from the advantages of a larger company but have retained the same positive, smaller mom-and-pop shop feel at every one of our clinics,” said Hafner. “We are committed to being a part of the community and making sure everyone of our patients feels special.”

ATI provides transportation services for those with medical need, complimentary injury screenings, and expanded hours. Named “Best Physical Therapy Practice in the Nation” by Advance Rehab Magazine, ATI has also achieved URAC Core Accreditation, a mark of distinction that recognizes ATI's commitment to quality health care.

To give back to the communities where ATI staff and patients live and work, ATI established the ATI Foundation. The ATI Foundation supports children with physical impairments in need of medical resources and funding to enhance and sustain a better quality of life.
