Committee to discuss election changes:

The Lake County Board’s revenue, records and legislation committee is scheduled to meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the county government center in Waukegan. The General Assembly’s recent vote to create a new county election commission to oversee elections and voter registration is expected to be part of the discussion. That proposal has yet to be signed by Gov. Pat Quinn.
