When is it a crime to kill the unborn?

America has truly become a schizophrenic society.

On one hand, the man accused of kidnapping three women in Cleveland may be charged with a capital crime for causing the deaths of several unborn children. On the other hand, about a million unborn children are legally killed by abortion every year in the United States.

So what’s it going to be? Is the babe in the womb just a blob of tissue to be discarded or a human being whose killer can be prosecuted?
