FEMA opens Disaster Recovery Center in Des Plaines

The Des Plaines Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency received notification from the Federal Emergency Management Agency Disaster Recovery Center coordination team, in cooperation with the State of Illinois Emergency Management Agency, that a Disaster Recovery Center is open at the following location:

Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) No. 6, 1486 Miner St., Des Plaines (parking at Metropolitan Square Parking Garage).

DRC No. 6, which is in a store front, will be open for assistance from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. seven days a week.
