Twice the travel time? Reduce the tolls

Since the Illinois Tollway was kind enough to double our tolls, I believe it would be appropriate for all tolls to be reduced in construction zones. Since it now takes twice as long to get to Rockford, we should pay only half tolls. Bet we get no vote on this either!
