Traditional morality has weathered away
I am flush with sad emotion with the trends in America. We have lost our nationalism and with that so many other things that used to be the true cornerstone of our pride in this country. Our soldiers are involved and sacrificed in so many conflicts called wars that no one can outline the objectives or accomplishments. The president is not a leader. He is a good guy and well spoken, but the lack of consensus at every turn in a clear sign of a real problem. Unity and a desire to work toward that has only been seen in crisis.
The discard of traditional morality in favor of individual flexibility will drive the final set of nails in the coffin of the United States of America. Our government’s endorsement of abortion pills over the counter for 15-year-old girls makes me want to go to an early grave so that I can roll over in it.
