Countryside fundraiser:

Palatine-based Countryside Association for People with Disabilities hosts its eighth annual Opportunity Walk/Run/Roll fundraiser at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, June 2, at Independence Grove in Libertyville. A picnic lunch follows. The cost is $25 per person or $10 for people with disabilities, respite workers and children under 12. Register at countrysideassn.org.
