Assisting Hands to co-sponsor South Elgin's Parkinson's Support Group

Naperville-based Assisting Hands® Home Care on July 10, 2013 is sponsoring South Elgin's Parkinson's Support Group from 1:00 – 2:30 pm at the South Elgin Village Hall, 10 N. Water Street, 2nd floor, South Elgin. The meeting location is temporary, pending the completion of the New Life Conference Room at Cadence Health (formerly Delnor).

The speaker for the session will be Richard Ueberfluss, PT, FACHE, owner of Assisting Hands® Home Care in Naperville. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist and Certified Manual Physical Therapist. He will be speaking on understanding Parkinson's symptoms, fall prevention, freezing control, stress relief and caregiving needs.
