Kings Lanes donates $10,000 to Charles Tillman charity

As a kickoff to the second Charles Tillman Celebrity Pro BOWler Tournament on Wednesday, June 5, Kings Lanes presented a $10,000 charitable contribution to benefit the Charles Tillman Cornerstone Foundation on Tuesday, April 30.

Kings Lanes has been saving a portion of every bowling shoe rental over the past year to benefit the Charles Tillman Cornerstone Foundation, which supports critically and chronically ill children. One of the programs that the funds will support is Charles’ Locker, which provides electronic devices (i.e. iPads, computers, DVD players) that help children pass the time during recovery and keep children in contact with family and friends.

Emily Beazley, who is part of the program was on hand with her parents Nadia and Ed to share their story and how the foundation has helped in her recovery.
