Hoffman Estates launches mobile app

Residents can now communicate with the village of Hoffman Estates through a free mobile app for smartphones. Users can search “Hoffman Estates Mobile App” in the iPhone or Android app store to download the app.

The app includes a voice memo option, photo option and locator tool that gives users the ability to tell village staff the exact location of their concern. In order to submit reports, users need to register with the “Citizen Support Center,” which they can do through the app or on the village website. In the next software update of the app, a new anonymous “Police Tips” button will be added.
