Lincolnshire police to target seat belt violations

Starting Friday, Lincolnshire police will participate in a seat belt enforcement program through the Memorial Day weekend, the department announced. Extra patrols will be added on Friday and Saturday nights to ticket scofflaws and drunken drivers. It’s part of the state’s ongoing “Click It or Ticket” campaign.
