‘Idol’ tour to make Rosemont stop

Tickets for the July 6 “American Idol Live 2013 Tour” at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont will go on sale to the general public beginning at 10 a.m. Friday, May 3.

The concert will feature the top 10 finalists of the show’s current season 12, including Amber Holcomb, Angie Miller and Burnell Taylor. Finalists will perform selections seen on the show this season, as well as new acts.

The season 12 finale airs on Fox on Thursday, May 16.

Tickets are $33.50 to $66. VIP packages, include photo opportunities, are $250. For tickets, go to americanidol.com/tour or aeglive.com.
