Marian Central’s All-Night Bingo set for Saturday

Submitted by Marian Central Catholic High School

On Saturday, April 20, Marian Central Catholic High School’s Fathers Club is hosting an All-Night Bingo event at the school.

Proceeds from the bingo program are used to fund capital improvements. The school doors open at 5 p.m. The Bingo Hall doors open at 6 p.m. Games will begin at 7:30 p.m. and continue all night long. The St. Margaret Mary Knights of Columbus will be offering a “Midnight Breakfast” for $6 following the first session.

A $30 deposit reserves a seat and a 36-sheet set. Seating will be determined by the order the paid reservations are received. Reservations have priority seating until 6:30 p.m. The earlier they receive your deposit, the lower your seating reservation number will be. Reservation numbers begin to be handed out at 5 p.m. Saturday. You may save a seat for others only if you pay for and pick up their card sets. The card sets must be placed on the table for each seat saved. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended for the best choice of seating. Walk-ins will be seated after 6:30 p.m. in the order in which they arrive.

Only daubers are used and there will be bingo supplies and plenty of food for sale. Pull-tabs and door prizes will be available. There will be two complete sessions with a guarantee of $4,000 plus special games. There is a minimum charge of $30 for the entire evening, which includes 15 cards for each session. Additional cards will be on sale at six for $5 as well as special games, one sheet of four for $1. This is a complete nonsmoking facility and no one under age 18 is allowed in the bingo hall.

Credit cards will be accepted at the door for admission only, no checks that night. Before to Bingo Night of April 20, you can make checks payable to the Marian Central Fathers’ Club and mail reservations to Marian Central Fathers Club, Attn.: Peggy Murwin, 1001 McHenry Ave., Woodstock, IL 60098.
