Carol Stream Eagle Scout earns Double Bronze Palms
James Biondo of Carol Stream Illinois is the first Eagle Scout from Troop 191 Carol Stream to achieve Double Bronze Palms!
To achieve Eagle Rank he was required to earn 21 Merit Badges. He then continued to earn 35 more! To achieve Double Bronze Palms he need to complete additional requirements and received the Eagle Palms as follows. He earned his 1st bronze 4-11-11, 1st gold 7-20-11, 1st silver 11-14-11, 2nd bronze 2-27-12, 2nd gold 6-11-12, 2nd silver 9-17-12 and third bronze 1-14-13.
Only two in 100 boys achieve the rank of Eagle. One in every hundred earn a Palm.....This achievement is truly inspirational.
James will have his formal Eagle Court of Honor on June 2, 2013 at Fellowship Church, Carol Stream Il. at 3:00pm
