Palatine Rural fire board seeks fire commissioner applicants

The Palatine Rural Fire Protection District’s board of trustees is accepting letters from individuals interested in serving on the district’s board of fire commissioners.

The board meets quarterly on the first Thursday of January, April, July and October. It conducts entry-level and promotional interviews and the occasional discipline hearing. Applicants must live within the fire district and submit and letter of interest and resume by Monday, April 8.
